The Educational VP has a purple box filled with contest materials. BRING..... ######################################################### Make sure you have all forms, certificates and trophies. Send out email to encourage people to come to the meeting. Lessons Learned Do Before the Meeting........ Chief Judge selects a Tiebreaking judge and gives them a special ballot. Draw for speaking positions ahead of time. Have each speaker fill out certificate of originality and interview form. Have President sign certificates. Hand out ballots ahead of time.
